hi. I lost my sister on December, also violently at the hands of the man she was seeing. She was the oldest, me the youngest. I feel so alone in this bc my other sister, my other third, is living abroad, and I don't see many resources that speak on sibling loss specially the ones that have to live with the aftermath of the violent death. So many thngs have happened since she passed and still i always think about her. it's a sadness i carry with me all the time. i'm getting married in a couple of weeks and that also comes with a lot of new grief. Life gets bigger and the pain of losing my sister remains. i hug you. you sharing this grief with yt makes me feel less alone in a way. im so sorry for your loss too.

Very emotional! But it's good that you're trying to deal with your lost and the feelings it makes to you. I lost my sister 25 years ago. She was 23 years old then. While my parents tried to get every psychological help they were able to get, I just tried to live my life. i did not deal with my loss. But it will always get you. Years later, I suffered from panic attacks and such things. More years later I started to deal with all this negative stuff inside my mind which ended up with a song in which I expressed all this feelings that have been locked inside of me for so many years (you also can find a remake of this music video on my channel). For 17 years I tried to ignore the fact that my sister died. Only when I started to really deal with it, I was able to realize it really. It still hurts - even 25 years later. But I now can handle this pain. I hope that you will manage this, too. Whish you all the best. Added: on your video at 5:50: NO! YOU ARE NOT GUILTY! This thoughts are natural, but they're NOT true. You didn't kill your sister. It's quite easy to find ways to think that yourself is responsible, but believe me: these thought's are wrong.

Your tears made me cry.... My gf's twin sister passed away in accident 1 week ago. She (the sister) was 16 y old. My gf is broke and her grief also her mother father and brother's sorrow hurts me. I don't know how can I help her overcome this, she only finds a little peace and joy in me. I want to make her better....Please reply , how can I make her feel eased.
